How do I use a promo code?
Once you have added an item to your basket, click 'view cart'. On the left hand side direcly underneath your items, there is a section marked 'enter a promo code' - click and enter your code here and hit 'apply'.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and order date. We will get this sorted out for you!
What if my item is incorrect or faulty?
If you receive an item that isn't what you ordered or has a fault, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, photos and a description of the issue.
How do I return an item?

Can I exchange an item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you on how to return your item for an exchange.
