*Christmas Shipping Info*

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas please see the guide lines that follow:                                                            

Postage to the UK - orders must be placed before *10th of December.

Postage for the rest of the world- orders must be placed before *19th of November.                                                             

All orders made after the dates mentioned above may not arrive in time for Christmas day. Thank you for your understanding!

All our packaging is recycled, recyclable and eco friendly.


Processing Time

All orders* will be processed within 1-3 business days. Postal drops are made every Tuesday and Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

*made-to-order items will be processed in the time frame listed in their description. See below for more information.

Where Do We Ship

We ship to UK, Ireland, Europe, America, and Canada.


Shipping UK

UK shipping** is sent Royal Mail 1st class signed for and will take 1-2 working days (excluding bank holidays) after your order has been processed. Postal drops are made every Tuesday and Saturday.

UK shipping is £1. Free shipping for orders over £50.

**ring sizers bought alone are sent 2nd class.


Shipping International

All international shipping is sent Royal Mail tracked & signed and will take 7-12 working days after your order has been processed. Postal drops are made every Tuesday and Saturday.

Shipping to everywhere outside of the UK is £12.00.

Free shipping on orders over £100.

PLEASE NOTE: Duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in your shipping costs. Items purchased outside of the UK may receive a customs fee, calculated by your local customs authority.

Made To Order

All made to order items take 1-2 weeks to be processed before being shipped out. If you buy a made to order item alongside anything else in the store then your whole order will be sent out together once the item has been made



If you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will be able to accept returns and offer a refund or exchange if the item is returned within 28 days of receiving. Please email us at before returning your item.

You are responsible for paying to return the item back to us, we will then cover the postal costs to send any exchange item back to you. Please insure the item is returned in perfect condition, without scratches or signs of being worn. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on ear jewellery.

How To Return Your Item(s)

If you would like to send your item(s) back to us for a refund or exchange please email and include your order number, item you wish to return, and reason for wanting to return the item(s). Once we have received your email we shall respond with instructions on how to progress.

All returns are processed within 21 days of your items arriving back with us.
